Castle Crashers Necromancer Costume

This is 6 year old Phoenix wearing his custom made Necromancer costume from Castle Crashers. I have never built a costume before but as I have been house bound recovering from a broken leg I figured what better time to go for it. I began working on it about 7 days before Halloween and would say I have roughly 45-60 hours total time in. I did not work from any plans or tutorials though so a lot of that time was spent figuring out how to solve issues and make things work. It is constructed from craft foam, hot glue, cardboard, coat hangers, tule and india ink. I spent $43 on foam, glue gun + glue sticks and tule (black mesh material for eyes and wings), everything else I had on hand at my home. The wings are mount of coat hangers so the move when the child walks or runs. I had a good time making it. Hope you enjoy
