This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vincent, the 'Cell from Dragon Ball Z' costume creator:
Vincent Dunbar Jr. - A 12 yr old, autistic child, that has loved the video game for about 6 yrs. now. Mom created the costume for him using an old sheet set, poster board, wire, plastic bags, etc. When he put his new costume on, he became Cell. He used his tail and quickly absorbed his whole family, including Mom (his creator).
