This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cynthia, the 'Cheech and Chong' costume creator:
My son Nicholas, age 3, is dressed as Chong and my nephew Ricardo, age 1, is dressed as cheech. My brother came up with the idea and decided on using their step 2 car strollers so we could play “low rider” as we took them trick or treating 😆 It was a huge hit at all the Halloween events
