This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristin, the 'Cookie Monster' costume creator:
My son is wearing a handmade Cookie Monster costume! 85 was made with a pajama onesie and blue feather bowas also made with handmade cookies that were glued on the costume. The hat was also done with bowas and styrofoam eyeballs! The idea came from my son who loves Cookie Monster!
