Diamond Minecraft Steve Costume

Our grandson lives with my husband and me. He loves playing Minecraft and wanted to be Diamond Minecraft Steve for Halloween. All of the costumes at the store were WAY to big. We decided by using cardboard boxes and different colored duct tape that dream characters could come true. I used one of my grandsons toy figures as the model and recycled boxes from work for the body parts. Different roles of colored duct tape completed the costume. The costume took about 2 months to create and won rave reviews from adults and kids. Our grandson could not be more happy this Halloween and we love seeing the big smile on his face.
