This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julinda, the 'Dusty from Planes' costume creator:
This is a costume for my son. I made it from recycled cardboard boxes. The propeller works but you have to turn it manually. Most materials are old stuff I have laying around in the house so total cost is less than $10.
