Fortnite Beef Boss Costume

Zealend is wearing the costume. He is 7. He enjoys playing Fortnite with this skin and requested to be Beef Boss for Halloween. This costume took over 100 hours to make as we wanted to make sure to incorporate all the details. The head was made from foam mats, foam balls and a faux lime for the “olive”. The shirt was dyed and sewn to get the perfect look and all of the “sesame seeds” were painted on by hand. We painted the boots red added the “mud” look with some brown paint. The belt was sewn and the condiment holder and belt storage pocket was all made from foam. The drips of “ketchup and mustard” we used colored hot glue! 🙌🏻
