Headless Lego Guy Costume

This is my son Colin in his original, homemade costume. At first we were going to make a regular Lego Guy, but then saw his bucket in the toy room and thought it would be fun to have a detached head. We used 2 large cardboard boxes (one for pants and one for the top). Cut them each to size and used a lot of tape... The pants are held up with rope (similar to clown pants with suspenders). The whole surface is covered with foam sheets cut to size from a local craft store. It's all held together with double sided tape. He is able to see from the black line on top of the lightening bolt.
