Hobo Costume

My grandson, Colton, is wearing the costume. He came up with idea of being a hobo.

He and his dad found the hat, coat, overalls and teeshirt at a thrift store.

We ripped up the shirt, overalls and coat and then used black paint to make them look old and dirty.

We cut holes in the hat, made a braid of some twine for the brim and found some turkey feathers in the field in the back of their house.

Colton found the stick and we had an old blanket that we rolled up and tied to the stick.

We used black paint for the mustache and beard.

He used his own cowboy boots.

The cost of the costume came to around $20.
