This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natalee, the 'Ice Cream Truck Man' costume creator:
This is my 3 year old brother , Chandler . He was an ice cream man , with his very own ice cream truck ( powered by his baby 4 wheeler ) He drove around and handed out ice cream cones candies ! Everything homemade , and he had a blast :)
