This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alicia, the 'Little Wise Guy' costume creator:
This is my seven year old son. We make his costume every year by upcycling clothes from local thrift stores. This year he decided he wanted to be an old school gangster or wise guy. We purchased a women's pinstripe suit, and I started tailoring it to his dimensions. With the addition of a fedora and a fake cigar, the costume was complete.
