This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Trina, the 'Mets Home Run Apple' costume creator:
My son Matteo is a huge N.Y. Mets fan. I decided to make him a homerun apple. I used a yoga ball and covered it with crafting strips of plaster. Once dried, I cut holes for his arms and legs and head and removed the ball from inside. We spray painted it red. I added battery operated lights and a mets symbol. I painted his face red.
