This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jen, the 'Oogie Boogie' costume creator:
My son Grayson is wearing the Oogie Boogie costume I made. We made it for Halloween time at Disneyland to go with his sister's Sally costume. I made it out of burlap potato sacks. I used glue and black paint to make the face. I used a bike helmet velcroed to the head to keep it on. I sewed a liner on the inside of the body and stuffed it for the poofiness. I glue bugs to the body. The costume was around $50.
