This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karin, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My son Cooper age 10 is wearing this Pennywise costume. We saw the movie and he loved it so much and asked to be him for halloween. I of course am on a strict budget so I had to do something easy and affordable. I found the shirt and pants at the thrift store. I added the lace that I already had. I made the collar out of coffee filters and then I soaked and sprayed everything in diluted coffee. We had the makeup and I bought red hairspray and plastic bunny rabbit buck teeth but those didnt last very long.
