This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephen, the 'Pennywise the Dancing Clown' costume creator:
My son really wanted to be Pennywise from IT but there were no costumes for kids and adult ones were hundreds of dollars, so I made one. It consisted of:
1-Pants- youth football pants with a floral pattern cuffs from a skirt I found.
2-Shirt- white, button up shirt, same pattern from skirt on cuffs, a ruffled girls shirt, cut in 1-2 and sewn to sleeves, Pom Pom balls and fairy skirt too
3- Neckpiece- reminder of mentioned skirt
4-Head piece- I took an adult bald cap, stuffed cotton in it and glued an Albert Einstein wig to it that I cut, shaped and colored.
Added TP to forehead to give it texture
