This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melody, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
This is Mason and is 5 years old. He is normally a cute happy little boy. When halloween comes around he has asked be something that wasn't going to be his everyday cute look. We purchased a peasant blouse, his baseball pants and old man wig that we painted red. We cut a shirt to make the ruffle for the pants.
