Pumpkin Necromancer Costume

My 11 year old son Trent is wearing the costume. My idea was a pumpkin face and I had an image in my mind for the rest. I draped creepy cloth over his black hooded robe, then I hot glued on leaves. I made him a staff from a gnarly limb I found and used a foam pumpkin which I carved out and painted. For his face I used Elmer's glue to attach toilet paper in the shape of his Jack o lantern face. Then for the fingers I hot glued twigs to his black gloves to simulate long fingers.
