Puppet from Five Nights at Freddy's Costume

Every year we decorate our oldest son's wheelchair to match his costume. This year he went as the puppet from the video game Five Nights at Freddy's.

In the game, the puppet jumps out of a purple and blue box. We took advantage of the elevate feature on his wheelchair to give him a jump scare effect.

We used a basic white mask and added vinyl decals to match the colors on the puppet's face.

The box is cardboard with a PVC frame. The lid lifting mechanism is also pvc and is attached to the back of the box and the headrest. The green glow was creepy/cool but unplanned. It comes from the control panel on his joystick.
