This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Snoopy Flyer' costume creator:
My 10 year old nephew with Down syndrome is "snoopy". He has had 2 hip surgeries in the last year so his mom and dad made his Halloween costume to work around his wheelchair. They used wood, paint and vinyl to make the bi-plane!
