This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Toy Soldier' costume creator:
This is Levi Hunter. I made his costume out of a green tarp. I used the grommets on the tarp as buttons. I duct taped the 'seams' together instead of sewing. He's wearing a green morph suit under the tarp uniform. I purchased the helmet, boots, dog tags, and such and spray painted them green. He's got self stick floor tiles cut to shape and glued to his boots.
