This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandra, the 'Witch Doctor' costume creator:
A witch doctor on my 11 year old son. Normally very fair skinned, we sprayed him with black temporary hair color spray. We purchased all accessories for the costume separately, like the grass skirt, shrunken heads, beads, wig, etc. Painting his face and putting it all together worked out nicely.
