Adam and Barbara Maitland Costume

My boyfriend and I dressed up as Adam and Barbara maitland from Beetlejuice this year. And on Halloween we went to Danny Elfman's music from the films of Tim Burton concert (amazing by the way). I put together the costumes scrounging around thrift stores and etsy for my dress and his shirt. Made the book out of a fake book and modpodged on the picture, it doubled as my clutch for the night I glued in a zipper pouch, made the flyer too. Also I think I should get kudos for not wearing a wig, thats all me. I'm pretty proud of the detail I got with this costume. And trying to find dusty rose flats and a pink floral dress is way harder then you think. Its definitly one of my favorite costumes I've done.
