This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from David, the 'Giggles and Chuckles the Evil Clowns' costume creator:
My wife and I decided to go a little different this year when we were deciding on our Halloween costumes. We came up with Giggles and Chuckles the Evil Clowns. My wife hand made her outfit and mine was simply a button down shirt and shorts. The prosthetics came from the Screamtea fx studio and my wife did mine and her makeup.
