This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shianna, the 'Halo Chain Guy and Chain Girl' costume creator:
I made these for me and my cousin (we are thirteen) extremely last minute, based off michinima characters. Due to the last minute ness and lack of adult help, they fell apart within an hour.
