Jack and Coke Costume

This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kate, the 'Jack and Coke' costume creator:
My boyfriend Ryan and I (Kate) decided to be jack and Coke for Halloween. Now, you may be thinking to yourself, that's a pretty standard costume. However, I spent many hours homemaking the Coke costume.
Materials
1. Red dress
2. White felt
3. Card board
4. Headband
5. Aluminum foil
6. Tape
I took the felt and cut out the Coca-Cola words and the swigly. I then sewed them into the dress. Next I cut a pop tab shape from card board and then wrapped in aluminum foil and attached it to a headband using tape.
The idea came from my desire to find a costume I could go all out in and my boyfriend would be able to do something a little less extravagant due to that not really being his style. I saw a Coca Cola costume on amazon, but decided I was capable of creating that myself :)
