This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton' costume creator:
Kenny and Dolly joined together to enjoy "Islands in The Stream" together. We pieced all costume together from different second hand stores, & Halloween stores. We glued and trimmed Kenny's mustache and beard to resemble the real deal. It was definitely a fun costume!
