This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ali, the 'Liz Lemon and Leslie Knope' costume creator:
We just got married in June and felt this was the perfect costume for our first halloween as wife and wife. We love Leslie and Liz, so it was an easy pick. The costumes weren't as complicated as the props - which I made in photoshop and then laminated with laminating paper. My friend had a button maker so I created a file for KNOPE 2012 and had her print it. For the bag of Sabor de Soledad chips from 30Rock I took a regular chip bag and photoshopped a cover, then laminated it over the actual chip bag.
