Loofah & Bar of Soap Costume

I saw a picture of the loofah costume and thought, "I could do that!" My wife and I like to do couples costumes so she is the bar of soap. I made hers with white felt and used fabric glue for the "bubbles" which i cut circles out of an iridescent material and the wording from material I had. I safety pinned the tulle material that I cut into strips and scrunched it all over a matching shirt.
