This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tammy, the 'Minifig Black Tie Affair' costume creator:
My husband and I are wearing the costumes. It was my husbands idea to be the minifigs and my job to put them together. We used 10 inch cement cardboard cylinders and styrofoam for the heads. After cutting and sanding the foam had to be sealed before painting. The hair was made from vinyl as well as the clothing to give it the full plastic effect.
