This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Pennywise and Annabelle' costume creator:
my son mason age 10 is pennywise and my daughter callie age 7 is Annabelle.. the pennywise wristlets and collar were done with tulle, the clown costume was altered by me to look more like the movie version.. he wore a bald cap and I did the cracks in pennywise's forehead with latex and tissue and hand painted his face... my daughters dress was altered to look like the Annabelle dress and her makeup was also done by me
