This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erin, the 'Silent Hill Pyramid Head & Nurse' costume creator:
Tommy and Erin wearing the costumes of Pyramid Head (Alessa's Protector) and Nurse (Alessa's main Nurse) from the movie Silent Hill. Pyramid Head was made using insulation foam blocks and duct tape (carved by hand) and make up was done using latex skin glue and paint. over 15+ hours of work was put into these costumes!
