This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Squirrel and Nuts' costume creator:
Amanda and her boyfriend Zach are a squirrel searching near a tree for some large nuts! The idea came from a girl that Amanda babysit for who said "Miss Amanda, you should be a squirrel and Mister Zach should be a tree!" We used fakeleaves, a fake nest, and felt to make the nuts. This costume has been a hit with everyone who has seen it and I am so glad we were able to give all of our friends such a good laugh!
