This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Robert, the 'Trick and Treat' costume creator:
Ana Conlin created Trick And Treat. She took plain costumes and added to them. for instance the neck piece is a child tutu and she glued the balls on. The hats were plain. she added the pieces onto them for more flair.
for makeup we purchased masks and hair. Ana put it all together and did all of the makeup.
