Dinosaur Train Characters Costume

My children love the show the Dinosaur Train, so I decided to make their costumes as characters from the show. My son (age 3) wanted to be the large green dinosaur (T Rex). My daughter (age 2) is Tiny the Pteranodon and my 2 month old son is Buddy the baby T Rex. I am Mr. Conductor, a Troodon.
I used bycicle helmets to base the two main heads on, an orange infant cap for the baby and a yellow cap to support my felt hat, upholstery foam for the shape of heads, and lots of felt and stuffing to do the rest. All clasps were Velcro for easy on and off. I hot glued everything. Also, we used just plain clothes underneath for ease and limit cost that wouldn’t have another use (green sweats for the older 2, a onesie for the baby and a shirt and pants for me). All in roughly $60 in material for the 4 costumes (does not include the plain clothes)
