This homemade costume for families entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lacy, the 'Glinda the Good Witch & Munchkin' costume creator:
This is me and my 3 year old son. I am Glinda the good witch and he's my little munchkin. I made these costumes by myself using a girls ballet bodysuit, star lights, sparkling foam paper stars, jewels, a wooden dowel, cake boards, scrapbook paper, fabric, and a hoop skirt. I think both costumes together cost less than $100 to make. I hope you like it!
