Itsy Bitsy Spider Family Costume

I saw a little spider knit hat on Pinterest and thought my 6 mo old, Hope, could wear that and be a spider. We put her in a black long-sleeved onesie, black pants, and used black pantyhose filled with black tissue paper as her legs, attached to the carrier via Velcro, and used white stick-on letters. My husband was the water spout, which he created using spray paint and cardboard boxes, hot glue gun, and rope around his neck to keep it up. I was the sun and just used a yellow shirt with orange iron-on letters, orange shorts and dyed tall white socks yellow. For the rays, I cut out cardboard triangles and glued yellow and orange felt to them, then glued the triangles to a headband.
