Jason Kelce Mummer's Fan Costume

My husband and I are big Eagles fans. During the super bowl parade, we saw Jason Kelce & his excellent speech. We were inspired! We needed a costume for our little Fletcher's first Halloween (16 weeks old) and we set to work. Using photos as guides, we found all different fabrics and ribbons we thought would match. We used baby clothes as each of the base pieces and glued the fabrics & ribbons in layers until we reached the goal look. For the hat, my husband had the great idea to use an infant chef hat! We stuffed it with pillow stuffing to maintain its shape.
