This homemade costume for families entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Halan, the 'Plastic Army Men' costume creator:
My son loves playing with plastic army men so thats is where the idea started. We purchased green morph suits and took it to our local hardware store to get paint matched. From there we picked up military gear from the surplus and accessories from the store and painted everything green.
