This homemade costume for families entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erika, the 'Star Wars Family' costume creator:
When walking our dogs, people often stop us and comment that they look like little Ewoks. When choosing our costumes this year, we decided to honor the Star Wars saga by choosing characters that define our personality. Picture below is our family photo: Storm Trooper, Princess Leia, Yoda, an Ewok and Darth Vader.
I’ve also included individual photos of our babies posing ever so still. Settings for the photos were: ISO 12,800, f/4 with a shutter speed of 1/125. Here is their individual description:
Ewok: a small, mammaloid biped that resembles a teddy bear. She
inhabits the forest moon of Endor and lives in an arboreal hut.
Princess Leia: adopted by Queen Breha Organa of Alderaan. She is synonymous with the strength and beauty that women bring to the Star Wars universe.
Yoda: a Jedi Master. His name means “warrior” in Sanskrit and “one who knows” in Hebrew.
