This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sabrina, the 'Audrey Hepburn' costume creator:
Hannah, 8 years, wanted to be a movie star.. so she is dressed as Audrey Hepburn - I made the tutu and had her wear over a dress she already had and collected all the "audrey essentials" so she could make the part! Then I did a mini "photo shoot" lol
