A word from Mieasha, the 'Beautiful Angel' costume creator:
The gold leotard I got at a gymnastics store for 5.99 and the materials are used to make her skirt were 15 Boas and I use the leftover material to make her wings out of cardboard spandex that I got at Walmart and gold beads everything was very affordable I spent unless making her costume then I would have spent buying a costume her headband I hand made out of old clothing and cardboard to make the Halo
