This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.

Six-year-old Elsa stars as Blondie's Debbie Harry. This was a pretty easy costume other than the cut and dye job I had to do on the wig, which took a long time because I am bad at hair. :) I almost forgot the arm band but fortunately Elsa reminded me. I appreciate her eye for detail.
