A word from Christina, the 'Cabbage Patch Doll' costume creator:
I had my daughter dress up as a cabbage patch doll. I had my friend make her a wig and I found a dress on ebay that I thought looked like a cabbage patch dress and put black mary jane shoes on her and walla you got a cabbage patch doll.
