This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Cousin It' costume creator:
My daughter Jessica is wearing this costume. She is 9yrs old and we wanted to do something original she loves the Addams Family and wanted to be cousin It. So I used a wired hanger shaped to her head, rope purchased at home depot and we unraveled all of it and tied it to the wire then frayed it. Then We added the hat and glasses from dollar tree. otal coat for costume was $17.98!!
