Cruella de Vil Costume

This is my little girl poppy dressed as cruella de vil. I made her dress by up cycling an old white ghost costume and stitching it to a black tutu. I also used a red feather bower to stitch around the tutu as a belt and picked feathers off the bower and stitched round an old white flower to make a brouch. I bought white face paint and used black eyeshadow and eyeliner to create her signature look along with red lip stick. It roughly cost around £15 (including the wig and dress up pearls) I had already bought the coat to wear previously. I'm not sure where the idea came from it just popped in my head so I went online to look for some ideas to use.
