This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erin, the 'Cruella DeVille' costume creator:
My daughter Bella dressed as Cruella DeVille. We painted her face, got the clothes from Goodwill, spray painted her hair, and cut a leg off of one pair of tights so she was wearing two pairs (a black and a white leg).
