This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lindsey, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
Three year old daughter Skylar. Came from 101 Dalmations. Sewed her a dalmation coat with faux fur from Joanns. Black dress,red tight, pearl necklace, sprayed hair and most importantly drawn on eyebrows!
