This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vanda, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
My daughter was Cruella Deville. She is wearing a custom costume. We added imitation dalmation fur to the bottom and and the wrap. She absolutely loved all the jewelry and accessories! The best thing about her costume that you can't see in a picture is she could play the entire part of Cruella Deville! Even in her walk!
