This store bought costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dusty, the 'Cutest Scarecrow' costume creator:
Gracelynne Moore is wearing the costume. She is 3 years old. We wanted a costume that complimented her hair and face. The scarecrow costume was the perfect choice because of her golden blonde hair. Her hair resembles hay/straw. I used a tutorial from pintrest for her makeup.
