This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Glenda, the 'Dr Who Weeping Angel' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume. I got the idea from Doctor who. I used stone textured spray paint to color and stiffen a dress and wings. I then used gray gloves, stockings and shoes. Then I used gray face paint on her face and neck. After putting her hair in a bun I painted it with gray hair paint.
